Anadolu Pop

Musical style created by Murat Ses of Mogollar in the late 60s and early 70s. A synthesis of Western and Turkish musical styles and elements. Possibly the first fusion from the mentioned geographic region. A unique album with this style was awarded Grand Prix du Disque by Academie Charles Cros in Paris (1971).
