Andreas Katsulas

Andreas Katsulas (born 18 May 1946, St. Louis, Missouri) is an American actor best known for his roles as the one-armed villian, Sykes, in the film The Fugitive (1993), and as G'Kar in the science fiction television series Babylon 5. In the 1970s and early 1980s, he toured with Peter Brook's international theatre company.
