Ann Winterton

Jane Ann Winterton is the English Tory member of Parliament for Congleton, and was first elected in 1983. She became opposition Shadow Rural Affairs Minister in 2002, but was sacked the next year for telling a racist joke.

She is married to Nicholas Winterton, also a Tory MP.
