Arckanum

Arguably Arckanum is the founder of Troll metal, Shaamaatae, who performs raw blackmetal with some 80's overtones. The lyrics are in an ancient Swedish dialect, he worships Pan and Kaos, he speaks to the trolls, he lives in the forest - this guy is a pure example of trollmetal. The albums Kostogher, Fran Marder and Kampen are part of a trilogy he's written.
