Autogenic training
Autogenic training is a term for a system developed by Johannes Schultz, who went public with his method in 1932. It usually involves a series of sessions in which the subject learns to relax his limbs,
heart,
breathing, to induce a pleasant, warm feeling, but to induce a feeling of coolness in the forehead. This calm state allows the subject to do almost anything well, and has been used by top athletes all over the world.
