Barnes and Barnes (Art and Artie) are in actual fact, Robert Haimer, and Bill Mumy. They are a musical comedy duo based in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Barnes and Barnes were signed by Rhino Records in 1980, and are responsible for the irreverant "Fish Heads."

They have worked with actor Crispin Hellion Glover.
