Bolian

The Bolians are a fictional alien race in the Star Trek universe. They are bald with blue skin, with a small ridge running from the back of their heads to their noses. They were named after a regular Star Trek director, Cliff Bole. Their home planet is named Bole, and as an in-joke there have been references to the "Cliffs of Bole" on their planet.

A Bolian named Mott was the barber on the USS Enterprise-D on Star Trek: The Next Generation.
