Bristol Bay Borough is a borough located in the U.S. State of Alaska. The borough seat is Naknek. As of 2000 the borough population was 1,258. There are no incorporated places.

Geography
The borough has a total area of 2,299 km² (888 mi²). 1,308 km² (505 mi²) of it is land and 991 km² (383 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 43.12% water.

The racial makeup of the borough is 52.54% White, 0.56% Black or African American, 43.72% Native American, 0.24% Asian, 0.48% Pacific Islander, 0.08% from other races, and 2.38% from two or more races. 0.56% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
