Buren (population: 25,607) is a town in the eastern Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland. The municipality covers an area of 150.00 km² (of which 4.31 km² water).
The municipality of Buren also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Asch, Beusichem, Eck en Wiel, Erichem, Ingen, Kerk-Avezaath, Lienden, Maurik, Ommeren, Ravenswaaij, Rijswijk, Zoelen, Zoelmond.
