Carlisle Township is a township located in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 219.

Geography

United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 92.3 km² (35.6 mi²). 90.2 km² (34.8 mi²) of it is land and 2.1 km² (0.8 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 2.27% water.

census of 2000, there are 219 people, 71 households, and 59 families residing in the township. The population density is 2.4/km² (6.3/mi²). There are 77 housing units at an average density of 0.9/km² (2.2/mi²).
