Christopher Bird
Christopher Bird (1928 - May 2, 1996) became a science journalist after serving in the U.S. Army. His special field of interest was the world of unconventional scientific phenomena. His works included:

Bird travelled widely and spoke many languages, among them Russian, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Serbo-Croatian. He had degrees in
botany and Eastern Studies.
He was born in Massachusetts and died in Blairsville, Georgia.
