Civilian Administrator of Iraq
The
Civilian Administrator of Iraq is appointed by the
President of the United States as a provisional governing officer in the
occuppied territory of
Iraq. He or she has control of
Coalitional spending and Reconstruction efforts. The post has been in place since the successful
2003 invasion of Iraq.
