Clifford Claven

Clifford Claven is a character on US TV show Cheers. He is a postal worker and Norm Peterson's best friend. He usually goes by the name Cliff. Carla Tortelli Lebeck can't stand to be around Cliff, so she tortures him every chance she gets.
