Cynthia Horner

Cynthia Horner (born circa 1970) is a reknowned writer and magazine editor. An African-American woman, Horner is based in New York City.

Horner works for Sterling-McFadden publications, as editor in chief of Right On! Magazine. During her tenure at that position, she has been able to meet several entertainers, including Jaci Velasquez, Bow Wow, the members of B2K, 24K Carat and many other stars.
