Daniel Johnson, Jr. was Liberal PartyPremier of Quebec from January 11 to September 16, 1994. His father, Daniel Johnson Sr had been premier of Quebec from 1966 to 1968, as had his brother, Pierre-Marc Johnson, for a brief period in 1985 that would prove to be ironically similar to his own political fate.
The younger Johnson became Premier following the resignation of Robert Bourassa. He then lost the provicinal election to Jacques Parizeau and the Parti Quebecois.
