David Leite

David Leite is a food writer and publisher of the award-winning Web site Leite's Culinaria. He is the food editor at Ridgefield Magazine and is a frequent contributor to the Los Angeles Times Magazine, Bon Appétit, eGullet, and Beard House publications. His work has been featured in Best Food Writing 2001 and Best Food Writing 2003. He reads his essays and columns on public radio's food program "The Splendid Table hosted by Lynne Rossetto Kasper."
