Del Rio is a town located in Stanislaus County, California. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,168.

census of 2000, there are 1,168 people, 407 households, and 361 families residing in the town. The population density is 308.9/km² (800.5/mi²). There are 419 housing units at an average density of 110.8/km² (287.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 85.27% White, 1.63% African American, 0.51% Native American, 8.13% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 2.14% from other races, and 2.31% from two or more races. 6.25% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 407 households out of which 35.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 80.8% are married couples living together, 5.2% have a female householder with no husband present, and 11.3% are non-families. 9.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.87 and the average family size is 3.04.
