Don't Let's Start

Don't Let's Start is a They Might Be Giants song and music video which was popular for some time on MTV. The song is about love, life, and the beauty of death and despair.

The face used in the video is that of William Allen White. His face was also used for props at TMBG concerts, appears on the CD single of "Don't Let's Start", and otherwise can be found associated with TMBG.

They're wearing rolled up carpets on their head. The place they're at is the site of the 1964 World's Fair in Queens, which would later be immortalized in "Ana Ng".
