Dutch Ruppersberger
C. A. "Dutch" Ruppersburger (born
January 31 1946),
American politician,
has been a
Democratic
member of the
United States House of Representatives since
2003,
representing the 2nd District of
Maryland. He was born in
Baltimore, Maryland,
was educated at
University of Maryland and the University of Baltimore, and was a lawyer and member of the Baltimore City Council before entering
the House.
