Ed Royce
Edward Randall Royce (born
October 12 1951),
American politician, has been a
Republican member of the
United States House of Representatives since
1993, representing the 40th District of
California. He was born in
Los Angeles, California, was educated at California State University, Fullerton, and was a business owner, corporate tax manager and member of the California Senate before entering the House.
