Elliot Morley

Elliot Anthony Morley (born 6 July 1952) is a politician in the United Kingdom. He is Labour member of Parliament for Scunthorpe, and is a junior minister. He served as Fisheries Minister from 1997 to 2003, and was seen as an unpopular figure by fisherman. He is now Environment Minister.
