Elpenor

In Greek mythology, Elpenor was a good friend of Odysseus'. He survived the Trojan War, but on the long Odyssey home, Elpenor got drunk on Aeaea, Circe's island, and fell of her roof. He died.

Later, Odysseus talked to Elpenor when he visited Hades, the underworld.
