Fearless Leader

Fearless Leader was one of the villains in the Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons. He was the dictator of the fictional Eastern-European nation of Pottsylvania and the employer of Boris and Natasha.

In the show he was traditionally a fairly minor character, but in the Rocky and Bullwinke movie he was played by Robert DeNiro and his role was greatly expanded.
