There are 71 housing units at an average density of 26.6/km² (68.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 47.26% White, 52.05% Black or African American and 0.68% from two or more races.
There are 58 households out of which 25.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.3% are married couples living together, 19.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 27.6% are non-families. 25.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 12.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
