Ford Festiva
The
Ford Festiva was a compact car sold my the
Ford Motor Company in
North America Asia and
Australasia, initially based on the Mazda 121, and comparable to the Ford Fiesta in
Europe, which was also sold in
North America in the early
1980s. It was built by Kia in
South Korea, which also sold it as the Kia Pride.
In 1994, the Festiva was replaced by a larger model, which was known in North America as the Ford Aspire. Following Ford's divestment from Kia, the model was discontinued. It is now being replaced by the Ford Fiesta.
