GamesNET's services package, srvx, is developed by GamesNET's development staff and written in C from scratch. See http://www.srvx.net/
srvx actually has three user-accessible services: NickServ (on GamesNET called AuthServ because policy forbids nick ownership), ChanServ, and a unique service called HelpServ.
GamesNET's ChanServ has many of the same features as QuakeNet's Q or L bots and more, including event logging, and advanced user/ban management. The HelpServ service is behind the HelpServ bot, which manages support requests as a FIFO queue in #support
