Gayatrimantra
The
Gayatrimantra is a
verse from a
Vedic hymn. Supposedly, the head of a household is expected to repeat this verse (with the assistance of a
brahmin), at least 2,400,000 times.

- Tat Savitur Varenyam
- Bhargo Devasya Dheemahee
- Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayaat
