Grand National Party

The Grand National Party (Korean: Hannara Dang) is a political party in South Korea. It is led by Chairman Choe Byung Yul. As of the 2000 parliamentary elections it was the single largest political party, with 39% of the vote and 133 seats out of 373, but the President is from the Millennium Democratic Party.

On December 15, 2003, its candidate for the 2002 presidential election, Lee Hoi-chang, admitted to using illegal donations to finance his campaign.
