Griffin Poetry Prize
The
Griffin Poetry Prize is
Canada's youngest and most lucrative
poetry award. It was founded in
2000 by Scott Griffin a wealthy owner of auto part manufacturing companies. The awards go to one Canadian and one international poet who write in English. Each winner receives $40 000 dollars.
