These are actually fried and not grilled, but so are Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, so that's OK.
Spread peanut butter between two slices of white bread. Spread outsides of bread with softened or melted butter, then cook in a non-stick skillet on medium heat, turning a few times, until bread is golden brown and peanut butter is melted. Do not use jelly. Eat with plenty of milk.
Put some money aside with each sandwich you eat, because you'll need an angioplasty if you keep eating like this, and cardiologists are expensive.
