Gyokko Ryu

Gyokko Ryu- A school of Kosshijutsu (Attacks to muscle and nerve points), Shitojutsu (Using the thumb and fingers for striking), Kenjutsu, and Bojutsu. Kuji was also taught

During the Tang Dynasty, Cho Gyokko brought the school to Japan, coming from China. It was handed down from generation to generation, Sakagami Taro Kunishige organised the ryu and served as headmaster from 1532 thru to 1555. The school is divided (Roughly) into three sections: Unarmed against unarmed, unarmed against knife, and unarmed against sword.

Formal Techniques Of Gyokko Ryu
