Honker is Gosalyn's best friend, and accidentally discovered that Drake Mallard is Darkwing Duck. His ingenuity and intellect has often aided Darkwing Duck and Launchpad in solving crimes and thwarting evildoers.
His older brother, Tank, is a bully, and evidence that Honker's intellect is probably not genetic.
Occasionally, when Gosalyn becomes the costumed crimefighter Quiverwing Quack, Honker has become her costumed sidekick, The Arrow Kid.
