Hope, Arkansas
Hope is a small city located in
Hempstead County, Arkansas. As of the
2000 census, the city had a total population of 10,616. The city is the
county seat of
Hempstead County6.
It is notable primarily as the birth place of the 42nd
president of the United States,
William Jefferson Clinton.
