Houston Compaq Center

The Compaq Center, once named The Summit is a basketball and hockey stadium in Houston, Texas.

The stadium, named after computer manufacturer Compaq, housed the Houston Comets, Houston Aeros, and Houston Rockets until fall 2003. The sports teams left this stadium in favor of the new Toyota Center in downtown Houston.

The Compaq Center is located in the Greenway Plaza complex. With the sports teams gone, Lakewood Church plans to convert the stadium into a facility for its purposes.
