Ignacy Oziewicz (pseudonyms: Czesław, Czesławski, Netta, Jenczewski) (1887-1966). During the World War I served in the Russian Tsarist army on various NCO and officers' posts. In 1919 joined the Polish Army.
During the September Campaign commanded 29 Infantry Division. After it's defeat, avoided being caught and joined the underground movements.
Until arrested in June 9th 1943, he was the commandant of Narodowe Sily Zbrojne. Since December 2nd he was negotiating of joining NSZ into the Home Army (AK).
