Ineffability

To say that something is "Ineffable" means that it is unspeakable.

"Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent." - Ludwig Wittgenstein

Things that are said to be unspeakable include:

• The Tetragrammaton (by orthodox Jewish tradition)
• The nature of qualia
• The nature of many spiritual experiences
