There two metal bands, one from Norway and one from Sweden, named after the Tolkienian city Isengard.
The first is a solo project of Fenriz, member of Darkthrone, and former member of other Norwegian bands like Valhall or Dødheimsgard. They are rooted on norwegian black/viking metal.
The second is a power metal band from the Swedish town Vikingstad, and is the project for the Tillman brothers.
