Job satisfaction

Job satisfaction is a term to describe how content an individual is with their job. It is a relatively recent term since in previous centuries no one thought much of job satisifaction since jobs were often predetermined by their parent's occupation. When people are very unhappy with their jobs they sometimes kill themselves or try and find another job.
