Königsberg
Königsberg was
1255-
1946 the name of
Kaliningrad, formerly the capital of
East Prussia, and today part of
Russia. The city was renamed after Soviet official Mikhail Kalinin.
It also is or has been the name of other German or formerly German towns in Central Europe:
