Mando

Mando is a Greek singer. She was born in Piraeus and raced in Athens on April 13. She keeps her age a secret. Mando studied piano and music theory at the National Conservatoire. At the age of 18, Mando signed her first record contract with CBS. For five years, she studied signing with Hal Schaeffer in America.

Mando's first attempt to enter the Eurovision Song Contest was in 1989, when she ended up 2nd, only one point after Marianna. She brought an action to the Greek television, ERT, because one of the jurymembers didn't vote. She won but because it was too late to change anything, Marianna went to Eurovision. She was chosen to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest 2003 with the song "Never let you go". She reached the 17th place.
