Michael Laudrup

Michael Laudrup (born June_15, 1964) is a Danish soccer player.

He started his career in danish clubs KB and Broendby before being sold to Juventus in Italy. He might be best known for his time in Spanish club FC Barcelona. Laudrup also played in the Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam before leaving the field to become a coach. First he was assistant coach for the Danish national team and currently he is head coach with Broendby in the Danish national leaque.

He has a younger brother, Brian Laudrup, who is also a professional soccer player. He was in the Denmark side in their victory european cup in 1992. Michael did not participate in that tournament due to differences with then national coach Richard Moeller Nielsen.
