Mitcham Junction

Mitcham Junction is a railway station in in Mitcham, London, England. There are two nearby Tramlink stops (Mitcham and Mitcham Junction). The nearest mainline railway station to the commercial center of Mitcham is Tooting Station, while Mitcham Junction is nearer the historic Cricket Green Conservation Area.

There is no longer a junction at Mitcham Junction: one of the two lines that crossed there, the West Croydon to Wimbledon line, has become part of Tramlink and now takes a new route over the remaining Network Rail tracks and through the Tramlink stop. The former Mitcham railway station is now a Tramlink stop on this route.
