MCA was founded as a music booking agency based in Chicago in 1924 by Jules Stein (1896-1981).Its MCA Corporation holding company later purchased Universal Pictures,and was in turn purchased by the Matsushita group,since which its assets have undergone other sales.
MCA runs "RadioMOI" Music On Internet company.
