Mutley Plain

Formerly a residential and shopping area in Plymouth, Mutley Plain has largely been taken over by the influx of students attending the University of Plymouth, as is evidenced by the proliferation of cheap eateries and theme bars and taverns. The area is also home to most of Plymouth's estate agents.
