New Jersey State Highway 23 is a state highway in New Jersey, United States. It runs from the border with New York at Montague, New Jersey to Bloomfield Avenue in Verona, New Jersey. At one point, it may have continued down Bloomfield Avenue towards Newark, New Jersey.
