History
Palmair began flying in 1956. With time, the airline became a major charter company, and in the 1990s, it became partners with European, which operates 747 charter flights to far away places from Bournemouth International Airport. Palmair is also partners with Bath Travel. In 2002, Palmair began day tours to Quimper, Brittany, France. Day trips such as that one would become the airline's back-bone, and nowadays Palmair operates day-trips to more than 30 European cities.
Palmair's president is Peter Bath. Model airplane wise, the airline has models produced by PPC Holland.
