Paul d'Estournelles de Constant
Paul Henri Benjamin Balluet d'Estournelles de Constant (
22 November 1852 -
May 15 1924) was a
French diplomat and
parliamentarian who devoted most of his life to the cause of international cooperation. In
1909 he was cowinner (with
Auguste Marie Francois Beernaert) of the
Nobel Prize for Peace.
