Pelennor Fields

The Pelennor Fields is the location of a great battle in J.R.R. Tolkien's novel The Return of the King, where the armies of Gondor and Rohan unite to defeat an army of 200,000 combatants, mostly Orcs, loyal to Sauron, lord of Mordor.
