Pijnacker-Nootdorp

Pijnacker-Nootdorp (population: 36,000) is a municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The municipality covers an area of 38.61 km² (of which 0.17 km² water).

The municipality of Pijnacker-Nootdorp comprises the following towns, villages and townships: Delfgauw, Nootdorp, Oude Leede, Pijnacker.

It is the result of merging the municipalities of Pijnacker and Nootdorp in 2002, with a part going to The Hague.

Nootdorp has a tram connection with The Hague, HTM line 15, see tram map [1] and stops, with connections [1]. There is also bus line 33, see bus map [1] and stops, with connections [1].

In 2003 shopping center Parade [1] was opened in Nootdorp, at the terminal stop of the tram line.
