Robert LeBlanc
Robert LeBlanc was a professor emeritus of geography, B.A. (University of New Hampshire) Ph.D. (University of Minnesota), retired 1999. He was a specialist in cultural geography and Canadian studies. He died at age 53 in crash of United Airlines Flight 175 in
September 11, 2001 Terrorist Attack.
LeBlanc was honored as a Whiting Foundation Fellow in 1983 and received the Distinguished Service Award of the New England Geography Society in 1988.
